  • 2 lbs. Green Giant Fresh Red Potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. garam masala
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped

Preparation Steps

  1. Wash and quarter the potatoes with skin on.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the spices.
  3. In a roasting tray, spray some oil to prevent sticking. Add potatoes and onion to the roasting tray.
  4. Add the spiced butter mixture and toss with the potatoes and onion. Make sure to coat evenly.
  5. Preheat oven to 375° F (180° C).
  6. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, until potatoes are cooked through and have a crispy skin.
  7. Sprinkle with the chopped cilantro and serve.
