Roasted Green Giant® Klondike Rose Potatoes and Asparagus

  • 12 oz. Green Giant® Fresh Asparagus, trimmed and chopped
  • 6 Green Giant® Klondike Rose potatoes, chopped
  • 1 Green Giant® Fresh yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation Steps

  1. In a shallow baking pan, toss together the potatoes, asparagus, onion, basil and oil, spreading evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roast in a 450° F oven for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and roast for an additional 3 minutes.
