Potato and Sausage Casserole

  • 4 Klondike Rose potatoes, diced
  • 2 packages smoke sausage, browned and sliced
  • 10 oz bag of frozen vegetable medley (corn, peas, carrots, and green beans)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Preparation Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Spray Crock-Pot with cooking spray and put in the mixture.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
