Potato and Sausage Casserole

- 4 Klondike Rose potatoes, diced
- 2 packages smoke sausage, browned and sliced
- 10 oz bag of frozen vegetable medley (corn, peas, carrots, and green beans)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Spray Crock-Pot with cooking spray and put in the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
