Klondike Rose® Garlic Mashed Potato Burger

  • 6 cups Klondike Rose® potatoes, mashed
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 6 large garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hamburger buns

Preparation Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.
  2. Form patties and pan sear until golden brown on each side.
  3. Add your favorite condiments and enjoy the patty on a hamburger bun.
