Klondike Rose® Garlic Mashed Potato Burger

- 6 cups Klondike Rose® potatoes, mashed
- ¼ cup flour
- 6 large garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.
- Form patties and pan sear until golden brown on each side.
- Add your favorite condiments and enjoy the patty on a hamburger bun.
