  • 3 cups Klondike Gourmet┬« Yellow Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • Salt
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Your favorite pizza toppings

Preparation Steps

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, then mash. Add to mashed potatoes, rice flour, cornstarch and eggs. Mix well, adding salt, basil and oregano to taste.
  2. Press dough into pizza pan sprayed with vegetable spray.
  3. Place your favorite pizza toppings on top. Bake in a 400┬░ F oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
