Crock-Pot Split Pea Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 Klondike Goldust potatoes, cubed
  • 2 cups green split peas
  • 8 cups vegetable broth
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 3 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in the Crock-Pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
