Crock-Pot Potato Soup

  • 4-6 Klondike Goldust potatoes, diced
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cups Half and Half cream
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients (minus the cheese) in a Crock-Pot and stir until combined.
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours or 3 hours on high.
  3. Top with cheese and enjoy! Bacon crumbs would be tasty too.
