Crock-Pot Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 3 Klondike Rose potatoes, cubed
  • 2 lbs. beef stew meat, 1 inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped

Preparation Steps

  1. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper. Coat the meat in the flour mixture and put it in the Crock-Pot.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook for 10-12 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high.
