Baked Potato Pizza

  • 1 ready to bake pizza crust
  • 3 Klondike Rose® potatoes, baked, cooled
  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • ½ lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ C. green onions, chopped
  • 2 C. shredded cheese

Preparation Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare crust on a greased pizza pan.
  2. Cut baked potatoes into ½ inch cubes. Toss potatoes with mixture of butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Spread sour cream over crust. Top with potatoes, bacon, onions, and cheese.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
