Baked Jerk Potatoes

  • 2 bags Klondike Medley™ Potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Caribbean Jerk seasoning
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground allspice

Preparation Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Place potato chunks into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. In a measuring cup, stir together the oil and spices. Pour mixture over potatoes and stir with a wooden spoon to coat all potatoes. Transfer the potatoes to a 13x9 inch baking pan.
  3. Bake, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
