Basic Cooking Instructions


To mash:

Boil cubed potatoes in salted water or stock until tender. Drain. While still warm, mash with a potato masher or ricer. Don't add anything to the potatoes until you have the desired mash, as this will set the texture. Adding butter, cream/milk, and other seasonings will give your potatoes great flavor!

If stored at room temperature, potatoes will last about one week. If stored between 45º and 50º they will last several weeks.
